Air Fryer Garlic Parmesan Shrimp

Delicious garlic and Parmesan shrimp cooked effortlessly in an air fryer.

  • 1 pound Large Shrimp (raw, peeled, and deveined)
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil (high-quality)
  • 3 cloves Garlic (fresh minced)
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Salt (to taste)
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper (freshly ground)
  • 1/2 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese (freshly grated)
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh Parsley (for garnish)
  • Lemon Wedges (for squeezing over shrimp)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.
  2. Whisk together the olive oil, minced garlic, paprika, salt, and black pepper in a large bowl.
  3. Add the raw shrimp to the bowl and toss until well coated. Let it marinate for about 15-20 minutes.
  4. Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese over the shrimp and toss well again.
  5. Lightly spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray. Place the shrimp in a single layer.
  6. Air fry for 8-10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
  7. Sprinkle with freshly chopped parsley and a squeeze of lemon juice before serving.

Notes

Serve alongside a fresh salad or garlic bread for a complete meal.
