  • 1 lb fresh asparagus, trimmed
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup cooked bacon, crumbled
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Prepare the asparagus by cutting it into bite-sized pieces.
  3. Cook the bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy, about 5-7 minutes.
  4. Mix the cream cheese, heavy cream, cheddar cheese, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a large mixing bowl until smooth.
  5. Fold in the asparagus pieces and cooked bacon into the cheese mixture.
  6. Transfer the mixture to a lightly greased 9×13 inch baking dish and top with grated Parmesan cheese.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden and bubbly.
  8. Cool for a few minutes before serving.
