Cheesy Garlic Chicken Wraps

A delicious and easy recipe for cheesy garlic chicken wraps, perfect for weeknight dinners.

  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 large tortillas or wraps
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil

Instructions

  1. Prep the chicken by trimming excess fat and seasoning both sides with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat about 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Cook the seasoned chicken breasts for 6-7 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through.
  4. Sauté minced garlic in the same skillet for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  5. Shred the cooked chicken into bite-sized pieces.
  6. Combine the shredded chicken back with the garlic and sprinkle the shredded cheese over it, stirring until melted.
  7. Assemble the wraps by scooping the chicken filling onto each tortilla and rolling them up tightly.
  8. Toast the wraps in a skillet over medium heat for 2-3 minutes on each side for a crispy finish.

Notes

Serve with salsa, guacamole, or a fresh green salad. You can make these wraps ahead of time and reheat them when ready to eat.
