Cheesy Garlic Parmesan Spaghetti

A comforting dish featuring al dente spaghetti tossed in a creamy garlic sauce bursting with cheesy goodness.

Ingredients

  • Spaghetti (8 oz)
  • Cream Cheese (4 oz)
  • Parmesan Cheese (1 cup, grated)
  • Garlic (4 cloves, minced)
  • Butter (4 tbsp)
  • Salt (to taste)
  • Pepper (to taste)
  • Fresh Parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Cook the Spaghetti by boiling salted water, adding spaghetti, and cooking until al dente (about 8-10 minutes).
  2. Prepare the Garlic Butter by melting the butter in a skillet, adding garlic, and sautéing for 1-2 minutes.
  3. Combine the Cream Cheese into the garlic butter and stir until melted.
  4. Add Parmesan and Seasoning, stirring until the cheese creates a sauce; season to taste.
  5. Toss in the Spaghetti, adding reserved pasta water for creaminess.
  6. Finishing Touches by removing from heat and tossing in parsley.
  7. Plate and Serve with extra cheese and parsley on top.

Notes

For a heartier version, add grilled chicken or sautéed vegetables. Adjust garlic based on personal preference.
