Creamy Keto Chicken Alfredo Broccoli Bake

A rich and creamy keto-friendly dish combining tender chicken, vibrant broccoli, and a luscious Alfredo sauce.

  • 2 cups cooked chicken breast (shredded or cubed)
  • 4 cups broccoli florets (fresh)
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese (softened)
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 4 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt (to taste)
  • Pepper (to taste)
  • 1 teaspoon dried Italian herbs
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Steam your broccoli florets until they’re bright green and tender for about 4-5 minutes.
  3. In a medium saucepan over low heat, add the olive oil and minced garlic. Sauté for about 1-2 minutes.
  4. Add the cream cheese and heavy cream, stirring until smooth. Incorporate the Parmesan cheese and stir for 3-4 minutes.
  5. Combine the cooked chicken, steamed broccoli, and creamy sauce in a large mixing bowl.
  6. Transfer the mixture into a greased baking dish and sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top.
  7. Bake for about 25-30 minutes or until the top is bubbly and golden.
  8. Let it sit for 5-10 minutes before serving.

Notes

For a lighter option, replace heavy cream with half-and-half. Use leftover rotisserie chicken for convenience.
