Dark Chocolate and Sea Salt Nut Bars

These Dark Chocolate and Sea Salt Nut Bars are a delicious and easy snack packed with nutty goodness, rich dark chocolate, and a sprinkle of sea salt.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup mixed nuts (almonds, cashews, and walnuts)
  • 1 cup pitted dates
  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Spread mixed nuts on a baking sheet and toast for 8-10 minutes.
  3. Blend the pitted dates in a food processor until sticky.
  4. Combine the toasted nuts with blended dates in the food processor and pulse until chunky.
  5. Add dark chocolate chips, coconut oil, and vanilla extract and pulse until mixed.
  6. Line an 8×8 inch baking dish with parchment paper and spoon the mixture into the pan, pressing it down.
  7. Chill in the fridge for at least 1 hour to firm up.
  8. Slice the bars into squares and sprinkle with sea salt before serving.

Notes

These bars can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for about a week.
