Easy Almond Flour Crackers

Delicious and crunchy almond flour crackers, perfect for snacking or pairing with dips and cheese.

  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 egg

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix the almond flour, salt, and garlic powder in a mixing bowl.
  3. Add olive oil and egg to the dry ingredients and mix until combined.
  4. Knead the dough gently in the bowl until it comes together.
  5. Roll the dough out between two pieces of parchment paper to 1/8-inch thick.
  6. Cut the dough into desired shapes using a knife or pizza cutter.
  7. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown and crisp.
  8. Cool on a wire rack before enjoying.

Notes
