Easy Sugar-Free Apple Cream Cheese Cake

A delicious and guilt-free sugar-free apple cake made with cream cheese and fresh apples.

  • 1 package cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 cup sugar substitute (like erythritol)
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Prep your baking dish by greasing a 9-inch round cake pan and lining the bottom with parchment paper.
  3. Mix the cream cheese and sugar substitute in a large bowl until fluffy.
  4. Add the applesauce and vanilla, mixing until just combined.
  5. Incorporate the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  6. Combine the dry ingredients in another bowl.
  7. Mix the dry with the wet ingredients gently until just combined.
  8. Fold in the apple slices evenly into the batter.
  9. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and smooth the top.
  10. Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  11. Cool the cake in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring it to a wire rack.
