  • 1 clove Garlic (finely minced)
  • 1 tbsp Fresh Parsley (chopped)
  • 1/4 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 2 slices Thick-Sliced Bread (like Texas toast or sourdough)
  • 2 slices Provolone Cheese
  • 1/4 cup Cheddar Cheese (shredded)

Instructions

  1. Prep Your Ingredients: Gather all your ingredients on the counter.
  2. Mix Butter with Garlic Mixture: In a small bowl, combine the butter, minced garlic, parsley, garlic powder, and salt.
  3. Spread the Love: Slather one side of each slice of bread with the garlic butter mixture.
  4. Add the Cheese: Flip one slice over, layer provolone and cheddar on top.
  5. Sandwich It Up: Place the other slice of bread on top, buttered side facing up.
  6. Heat the Pan: Melt a pat of butter in a skillet over medium heat.

  8. Flip It: Gently flip your sandwich to the other side, grilling for another 3-4 minutes.
