  • 1 pound Baby potatoes, halved
  • 4 tablespoons Unsalted butter, melted
  • 3 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon Smoked paprika
  • 0.5 teaspoon Dried thyme
  • 0.5 teaspoon Dried rosemary
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt, or to taste
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 0.25 cup Beef broth
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil

Instructions

  1. Prep your ingredients by cutting beef and halving potatoes.
  2. Heat the pan with olive oil over medium-high heat.
  3. Sear the beef until golden brown, about 3-5 minutes per side.
  4. Add garlic and spices to enhance the flavor.
  5. Introduce baby potatoes into the pan.
  6. Pour in beef broth and season with salt and pepper.
  7. Simmer covered until potatoes are tender, about 20-25 minutes.
  8. Stir in melted butter and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
  9. Plate and serve garnished with fresh herbs, if desired.
