  • 4 medium potatoes, diced
  • 4 tablespoons garlic butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh herbs (like rosemary or thyme) for garnish

Instructions

  1. Prep your ingredients by washing and dicing the potatoes into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Season both sides of the ribeye steaks with salt and pepper, and let them rest for 15-20 minutes.
  3. Sear the steaks in a large skillet with melted garlic butter for about 4-5 minutes on each side.
  4. Remove the steaks from the skillet and let them rest.
  5. Cook the diced potatoes in the same skillet, seasoning and stirring for about 10-12 minutes.
  6. Combine the potatoes, sliced steaks, and garlic in the skillet for a minute to meld flavors.
  7. Garnish with fresh herbs and serve hot.

Notes

For a spicier kick, add red pepper flakes to the garlic butter. Substitute steak with portobello mushrooms for a vegetarian option.
