Heaven on Earth Cake

A delightful, light, and airy cake combining angel food cake with fruit cocktail, whipped cream, and mini marshmallows, perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

  • 1 box angel food cake mix
  • 1 can fruit cocktail (drained)
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts (optional)
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine cake mix with water in a mixing bowl according to package instructions.
  3. Pour the batter into an ungreased tube pan and bake as directed.
  4. Invert the pan onto a cooling rack once done.
  5. Whip cream until soft peaks form, adding vanilla extract.
  6. Mix fruit cocktail, mini marshmallows, and half the whipped cream together.
  7. Assemble the cake, spreading the fruit mixture on top and adding more whipped cream.
  8. Chill in the refrigerator for at least an hour before serving.

Notes

Can add fresh fruits or nuts as garnish before serving for an elegant touch.
