Keto Cauliflower Garlic Breadsticks

Delicious keto cauliflower garlic breadsticks that are easy to make and full of flavor.

  • 1 head of cauliflower
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried Italian herbs
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Prep the cauliflower by chopping it into florets and processing it until fine.
  3. Steam the cauliflower in a microwave-safe bowl for 5-7 minutes.
  4. Squeeze out moisture using a clean dish towel.
  5. Mix together the riced cauliflower, mozzarella, Parmesan, eggs, garlic, herbs, salt, and pepper.
  6. Form the mixture into rectangle shapes on a lined baking sheet.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
  8. Broil for an extra 2-3 minutes for a crispy finish if desired.
  9. Slice and serve with marinara sauce or garlic butter.

Notes

These breadsticks can be made ahead of time and stored in the fridge or frozen for later. Reheat in the oven for the best texture.
