  • 4 cups chopped cabbage
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • Optional: soy sauce for extra flavor

Instructions

  1. Prepare your ingredients by chopping cabbage, slicing onion, and mincing garlic.
  2. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
  3. Cook the sausage for about 5-6 minutes until browned, stirring occasionally.
  4. Toss in the sliced onion and cook for another 3-4 minutes until translucent.
  5. Add minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until aromatic.
  6. Stir in the chopped cabbage and cook for about 5-7 minutes until wilted but still crunchy.
  7. Season with salt, pepper, red pepper flakes, and soy sauce to taste.
  8. Serve hot, garnished with fresh herbs if desired.
