Instructions

  1. Mix the cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth and fluffy.
  2. Incorporate the vanilla extract into the mixture and blend briefly.
  3. Fold in the Cool Whip gently to maintain fluffiness.
  4. Crush the Oreo cookies in a resealable bag or food processor.
  5. Mix the crushed Oreos into the cream cheese mixture.
  6. Prepare serving cups by layering cheesecake mixture and remaining crushed Oreos.
  7. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours or overnight.
