Apple Cinnamon Tea

A delightful brew of sweet apples and warm cinnamon that can be enjoyed hot or iced, perfect for cozy vibes.

Ingredients

  • 4 cups water
  • 4 black tea bags or loose leaf tea
  • 1 large apple (thinly sliced)
  • 2 cinnamon sticks
  • 1 inch fresh ginger (grated)
  • 1/4 cup honey or to taste
  • Ice cubes (for the iced version)
  • Additional apple slices and cinnamon sticks for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Boil the water: Start by bringing your 4 cups of water to a rolling boil.
  2. Add black tea bags: Once the water is boiling, add in your tea bags and steep for about 3–5 minutes.
  3. Incorporate the fruits and spices: After removing the tea bags, add the apple, cinnamon sticks, and ginger. Simmer on low heat for about 10 minutes.
  4. Sweeten it up: Add your honey to the pot and stir until completely dissolved.
  5. Strain and serve: Strain the tea into your favorite teapot or mugs.
  6. Iced version: Let the tea cool slightly before pouring over a glass filled with ice cubes.
