BBQ Chicken Coleslaw Wraps

  • 1/2 cup BBQ sauce
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 2 cups coleslaw mix
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar

  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro (optional)
  • 1/4 cup sliced green onions (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prep the Chicken: Start by shredding your cooked chicken breast. You can use two forks or your hands (once cooled)!
  2. Mix the BBQ Sauce: In a bowl, combine the shredded chicken with your chosen BBQ sauce, ensuring every piece is coated.
  3. Prepare the Coleslaw: In another bowl, combine the coleslaw mix, mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, and sugar. Stir until well mixed and season with salt and pepper.
  4. Assemble the Wraps: Lay out your tortillas, placing a scoop of BBQ chicken and coleslaw mixture in the center of each.
  5. Wrap It Up: Fold the sides of the tortilla in, then roll from the bottom to secure.
  6. Serve It Right: Slice the wraps in half and drizzle with extra BBQ sauce. Sprinkle with cilantro and green onions.

Notes

These wraps can be prepared ahead of time. Keep chicken and coleslaw separate until ready to assemble to avoid sogginess.
