  • 10 tablespoons Unsalted Butter (melted)
  • 1¼ cups Granulated Sugar
  • 2 large Eggs (room temperature)
  • ½ teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • ½ teaspoon Sea Salt
  • 1 cup All-Purpose Flour (sifted)
  • 1 cup Powdered Sugar (sifted)
  • 2 tablespoons Milk
  • ⅛ teaspoon Vanilla Extract (for glaze)
  • Pinch of Salt (for glaze)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C) and prepare a 9×9-inch baking pan.
  2. Melt the butter in a microwave-safe bowl or on the stovetop until liquid.
  3. Mix the melted butter with granulated sugar in a large bowl until well blended.
  4. Add the eggs and vanilla extract to the mixture, whisking gently to combine.
  5. Sift in the flour and salt, and fold gently to incorporate.
  6. Fold in the blueberries carefully to avoid breaking them.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes until the edges are set and the center jiggles slightly.
  8. Cool for about 10-15 minutes, then make the glaze by whisking powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla.
  9. Pour the glaze over the warm brownies and let it set before slicing.

Notes

For a gluten-free version, substitute all-purpose flour with a gluten-free blend. Can freeze brownies for 2-3 months.
