Big Mac Wraps

A portable and fun twist on the classic Big Mac, these wraps are filled with juicy beef, cheddar cheese, pickles, and Thousand Island dressing, all wrapped in a soft tortilla.

Ingredients

  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 cup pickles, diced
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup lettuce, shredded
  • ½ cup Thousand Island dressing
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Prepare your ingredients by chopping onion and dicing pickles. Shred lettuce and cheese.
  2. Cook the ground beef in a large skillet over medium-high heat for 7-10 minutes until browned.
  3. Season the cooked beef with salt and pepper, and stir to combine.
  4. Assemble your wrap by placing the beef mixture down the center of a tortilla and adding onions, pickles, cheese, and lettuce.
  5. Drizzle with Thousand Island dressing.
  6. Roll the tortilla tightly from the bottom, folding in the sides as you go.
  7. Serve sliced in half, with extra dressing or pickles on the side.
