Bruschetta Dip

A creamy and flavorful dip that captures the classic taste of bruschetta, perfect for gatherings and cozy nights in.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 6.5 oz Alouette Cheese with herbs
  • ½ cup tomatoes, chopped
  • ¼ cup fresh basil, chopped
  • 2 Tablespoons balsamic vinaigrette glaze or reduction
  • Pita chips, crackers, or thinly sliced baguette

Instructions

  1. Prepare the base: In a mixing bowl, start by scooping out the Alouette Cheese with herbs. Break it up against the sides of the bowl to make it creamy.
  2. Chop the vegetables: On a cutting board, chop your fresh tomatoes and basil into small, even pieces.
  3. Combine the goodies: Add the chopped tomatoes and basil to the bowl with the cheese. Drizzle in the balsamic glaze and mix gently until well combined.
  4. Taste and adjust: Give it a taste and see if you’d like more balsamic glaze, salt, or pepper.
  5. Chill (optional): Cover the dip and let it chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes if you have time.
  6. Serve it up: Spoon the Bruschetta Dip into a serving dish and surround it with your choice of pita chips, crackers, or baguette slices.

Notes

For a spicy twist, add red pepper flakes or for a vegan option, swap the cheese spread with plant-based cream cheese.
