Cherry Smoothie

A refreshing cherry smoothie that combines sweet and tart flavors for a delightful treat any time of year.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen or fresh cherries (pitted)
  • 1 banana
  • ½ cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup almond milk (or any preferred liquid)
  • 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup (optional)
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • A handful of ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Prep the ingredients: If you’re using fresh cherries, wash and pit them.
  2. Add to blender: Toss the cherries, banana, Greek yogurt, almond milk, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract into your blender.
  3. Blend away: Secure the lid and blend on low, gradually increasing to high speed for about 30 seconds.
  4. Taste test: Always taste your smoothie before serving to adjust sweetness as desired.
  5. Serve: Pour your smoothie into your favorite glass and decorate if desired.
