Cinnamon Apple Grape Salad

A colorful and refreshing salad packed with crisp apples, sweet grapes, and a hint of cinnamon, perfect for autumn gatherings.

  • 3 medium apples, diced
  • 2 cups red grapes, halved
  • 1 cup pecans or walnuts, toasted and chopped
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • Pinch of sea salt

Instructions

  1. Gather your ingredients and lay them on your kitchen counter.
  2. Prepare the apples by dicing them and tossing with lemon juice.
  3. Halve the grapes after rinsing them under cold water.
  4. Toast the nuts in a skillet over medium heat for 3-5 minutes.
  5. Mix the honey, cinnamon, remaining lemon juice, and salt in a small bowl.
  6. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and gently toss.
  7. Chill the salad in the fridge for 15-30 minutes.
