  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Prepare the corn; slice fresh kernels off the cob or thaw frozen corn.
  3. Combine the softened cream cheese in a large mixing bowl until smooth.
  4. Mix in the milk slowly, then add the shredded cheese, sugar, salt, and pepper.
  5. Fold in the corn and green onions (if using).
  6. Pour the mixture into a greased 9×9-inch casserole dish.
  7. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown on top.
  8. Let it cool for 5-10 minutes before serving.
