Creamy Grape Salad

A delightful and creamy salad made with fresh grapes, perfect for picnics and potlucks.

  • 2 pounds seedless green grapes
  • 2 pounds seedless red grapes
  • 1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons chopped pecans

Instructions

  1. Prep the grapes: Start by washing the grapes under cold water. Allow them to dry completely on a clean kitchen towel or in a colander.
  2. Chop and mix: In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and sour cream. Beat them together until smooth and creamy.
  3. Add in the sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until fully incorporated.
  4. Toss in the grapes: Gently fold the grapes into the creamy mixture using a spatula.
  5. Chill out: Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
  6. Finishing touch: Just before serving, sprinkle the top with brown sugar and chopped pecans.

Notes

You can make this salad the night before for better flavor blending.
