  • 12 tsp matcha green tea powder (adjust to taste)
  • 23 tbsp maple syrup, honey, or agave (optional, to sweeten)
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract (optional, for flavor)
  • Pinch of sea salt

Instructions

  1. Prepare Your Ingredients: Gather all your ingredients and have them ready for a seamless cooking experience.
  2. Whisk the Ingredients Together: In a mixing bowl, combine the milk of your choice, chia seeds, matcha powder, maple syrup (if using), vanilla extract (if using), and a pinch of sea salt. Whisk until well blended.
  3. Let It Rest: After mixing, let the mixture sit for about 5 minutes, then whisk again to distribute the chia seeds evenly.
  4. Chill Out: Cover with a lid or plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or overnight.
  5. Serve & Enjoy: Stir the pudding, scoop into bowls or jars, and top with fruits, nuts, or granola as desired.

Notes

Pudding can last in the fridge for 4-5 days. Adjust sweetness as desired and experiment with different milk choices.
