A quick and easy raspberry jam recipe that can be made in just 10 minutes, perfect for breakfast or desserts.

Instructions

  1. Prepare the raspberries by gently rinsing them and patting them dry.

  3. Add honey to the mashed berries and mix to combine, adjusting sweetness to taste.
  4. Stir in lemon juice and let the mixture simmer on low for about 5 minutes.
  5. Check the consistency of the jam after 5 minutes and adjust thickness as desired.
  6. Jar the jam into a clean, sterilized jar and let it cool completely before sealing.
