Easy Chicken Caesar Pasta Salad

A delicious twist on the classic Caesar salad, combining tender chicken, pasta, and fresh vegetables for a hearty meal.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups cooked pasta
  • 1 cup cooked and diced chicken breast
  • 2 cups Romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup Caesar dressing
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Croutons (optional)

Instructions

  1. Cook the Pasta: Begin by bringing a pot of salted water to a boil. Add your pasta and cook it according to the package instructions until al dente. Once it’s ready, drain and rinse it under cold water.
  2. Prepare the Chicken: If using cooked chicken, dice it into bite-sized pieces. If starting from scratch, grill or bake the chicken until cooked through. Season and let it cool before chopping.
  3. Chop the Veggies: Chop the Romaine lettuce and halve the cherry tomatoes.
  4. Mix It All Together: In a large mixing bowl, combine the pasta, chicken, Romaine, and tomatoes. Toss gently and drizzle with dressing.
  5. Add the Finishing Touches: Sprinkle Parmesan over the salad, season, and toss gently. Add croutons if desired.
  6. Serve It Up: Transfer to a serving bowl and enjoy!
