Easy Fruit Pizza

A colorful dessert featuring a cookie crust, creamy topping, and an assortment of fresh fruits.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (for topping)
  • Assorted fresh fruits (strawberries, blueberries, kiwi, etc.)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix the brown sugar and flour in a large bowl.
  3. Cream the butter with the brown sugar mixture until fluffy.
  4. Add the egg and vanilla extract, mixing until combined.
  5. Spread the cookie dough on a greased pizza stone or parchment-lined baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 10-12 minutes until golden brown on the edges.
  7. Cool the crust completely.
  8. Prepare the cream cheese layer by beating the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  9. Spread the cream cheese mixture over the cooled crust.
  10. Arrange the assorted fresh fruits on top creatively.
  11. Chill for 30 minutes if desired, then slice and serve.

Notes
