Pumpkin Chocolate Peanut Butter Dump Cake

A delightful autumn treat combining pumpkin, chocolate, and peanut butter in a simple dump cake format.

  • 1 can pumpkin puree (15 oz)
  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1 box chocolate cake mix (15.25 oz)
  • 1 cup peanut butter chips
  • 1/2 cup butter (1 stick)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Prepare a 9×13 inch baking dish with cooking spray or butter.
  3. Mix the pumpkin puree and peanut butter in a mixing bowl until smooth.
  4. Add the chocolate cake mix on top without mixing it in.
  5. Melt the butter in a microwave-safe bowl and drizzle over the cake mix.
  6. Top with peanut butter chips.
  7. Bake for 35-40 minutes until golden brown on edges and slightly wobbly in the center.
  8. Cool for 10-15 minutes before serving.

Notes

Serve with vanilla ice cream, whipped cream, or chocolate sauce for an extra treat. Variations include mixing in chocolate ganache or adding nuts.
