  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 2 tablespoons erythritol (or other sugar substitute)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Ice cubes
  • Whipped cream (optional, for topping)

Instructions

  1. Brew your coffee and let it cool completely.
  2. Add the cooled coffee to a blender with almond milk, cocoa powder, erythritol, and vanilla extract.
  3. Toss in a handful of ice cubes and blend on high until smooth and frothy.
  4. Taste your frappuccino and adjust sweetness if needed.
