Grape Salad

A delightful dish combining sweet grapes and creamy dressing, perfect for gatherings or as a refreshing dessert.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. red seedless grapes
  • 1 lb. green seedless grapes
  • 1 (8 oz.) pack cream cheese, at room temperature
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 1 cup brown sugar

Instructions

  1. Prepare the grapes by rinsing them under cold water and patting them dry.
  2. Make the creamy dressing by combining cream cheese and sour cream, blending until smooth.
  3. Sweeten the mix by adding sugar and vanilla; mix until incorporated.
  4. Combine the grapes and dressing, folding gently to coat.
  5. Chill the salad in the refrigerator for at least 1-2 hours.
  6. Serve with a sprinkle of chopped pecans and optional brown sugar.

Notes

For a different flavor, consider adding fresh herbs or other fruits.
