Chocolate Strawberry Yogurt Clusters

Delicious clusters made with fresh strawberries or raspberries, Greek yogurt, and melted chocolate, perfect for a sweet snack or dessert.

Ingredients

  • 1½ cups chopped strawberries and/or raspberries
  • 1 cup plain low-fat Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Dash of cinnamon
  • Optional: ½ scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1¼ cup chocolate chips
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil

Instructions

  1. Prepare Your Berries: Wash and chop your strawberries (or raspberries).
  2. Make the Yogurt Mixture: In a mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, honey (or maple syrup), vanilla extract, and a dash of cinnamon.
  3. Fold in the Berries: Gently fold your chopped strawberries and/or raspberries into the yogurt mixture.
  4. Prepare for Chocolate: Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  5. Melt the Chocolate: In a microwave-safe bowl, combine chocolate chips and coconut oil. Heat in 30-second intervals until melted.
  6. Mix Yogurt and Chocolate: Take spoonfuls of the yogurt berry mixture and drop them onto the lined baking sheet.
  7. Freeze: Pop the tray in the freezer for about 30 minutes.
  8. Enjoy!: Once set, remove from the parchment paper and store them in an airtight container in the freezer.
