A nutritious smoothie that captures the flavors of traditional carrot cake, perfect for breakfast or a snack.

  • 1 cup almond milk or plant-based milk of choice (250 ml)
  • 1 cup frozen pineapple chunks (140 g)
  • 1 frozen banana (120 g)
  • 1 cup chopped fresh carrot (100 g)
  • 1 serving vegan vanilla protein powder (30 g)
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Gather your ingredients.
  2. Measure and add almond milk to the blender.
  3. Toss in frozen pineapple chunks and frozen banana.
  4. Add fresh carrots to the blender.
  5. Scoop in the protein powder.
  6. Sprinkle cinnamon over the mixture.
  7. Blend until smooth, adding more almond milk if necessary.
  8. Taste and adjust sweetness if desired.
  9. Serve immediately in a glass or bowl.
