No-Bake Mango Float Delight

A refreshing no-bake dessert featuring layers of creamy mango filling and crunchy graham crackers.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups ripe mango puree
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 package of graham crackers
  • 1 cup diced fresh mango
  • Mint leaves for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Mango Puree by peeling and dicing ripe mangoes, then blending until smooth.
  2. Whip the cream until soft peaks form.
  3. Combine sweetened condensed milk with whipped cream, then fold in mango puree.
  4. Layer graham crackers and mango cream mixture in a dish until finished.
  5. Add diced mango on top for texture.
  6. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4-6 hours or overnight.
  7. Serve garnished with mint leaves and a drizzle of condensed milk.

Notes

For variations, add layered fruits like kiwi or chocolate for unique flavors.
