Zesty Lemon Shallot Vinaigrette

A bright and zesty Lemon Shallot Vinaigrette that transforms any salad into a delightful dish.

Ingredients

  • ¼ cup freshly squeezed lemon juice (approx. 1 ½ lemons)
  • 2 heaping tbsp finely diced shallot (1 small shallot)
  • 2 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp honey
  • ½ tsp sea salt
  • ¼½ tsp freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 tbsp finely chopped fresh chives
  • 1 tbsp finely chopped fresh parsley
  • ½ cup extra virgin olive oil
