Refreshing Mango Lemonade

A deliciously refreshing drink that combines the sweetness of mango with the tartness of lemon, perfect for summer.

Ingredients

  • 2 ripe mangoes, peeled and pitted
  • 1 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup sugar (adjust to taste)
  • 4 cups water
  • Ice cubes
  • Lemon slices and mint leaves for garnish

Instructions

  1. Prep the mangoes by peeling and pitting them.
  2. Juice the lemons to extract the juice, catching any seeds.
  3. Blend the mango pulp, lemon juice, and sugar on high until smooth.
  4. Strain the mixture through a sieve if you prefer a smoother texture (optional).
  5. Mix the mango mixture with the remaining water in a pitcher.
  6. Chill the pitcher in the fridge for about an hour.
  7. Serve the mango lemonade over ice, garnished with lemon slices and mint.

Notes
