Banana Cocoa Oat Smoothie

A delightful blend of ripe bananas, cocoa, and oats, perfect for breakfast or a snack.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups unsweetened almond milk
  • 2 frozen bananas
  • ½ cup regular old-fashioned oats
  • ½ cup vanilla Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa powder (unsweetened)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons pure maple syrup

Instructions

  1. Prep the bananas by slicing your two frozen bananas.
  2. Add almond milk to the blender.
  3. In goes the Greek yogurt.
  4. Throw in the bananas and oats.
  5. Add the cocoa powder, vanilla extract, and maple syrup.
  6. Blend on high speed for 30-60 seconds.
  7. Taste your smoothie and adjust sweetness if needed.
  8. Ready to serve! Pour into a glass and garnish if desired.
