Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) while you prepare the ingredients.
  2. Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish with butter or non-stick spray.
  3. Combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt in a large mixing bowl and whisk well.
  4. Pour in the milk and melted butter, then add the vanilla extract.
  5. Fold in the blackberries gently.
  6. Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish and spread it evenly.
  7. Bake for about 45-50 minutes or until golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
