  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. Cream the butter and sugars together in a bowl until light and fluffy.

  3. Incorporate the all-purpose flour, stirring until just combined.
  4. Mix in the sweetened condensed milk until smooth and creamy.
