Strawberry Fluff Salad

A delightful dessert that captures the joy of summer with creamy Cool Whip, fresh strawberries, and mini marshmallows.

  • 4 cups Cool Whip, thawed
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 3-ounce box strawberry jello mix
  • 2 cups fresh strawberries, quartered
  • 2 cups pineapple, chunks
  • 2 cups mini marshmallows

Instructions

  1. Start with the Base: In a large mixing bowl, combine the 4 cups of Cool Whip and ½ cup sour cream. Use a spatula to fold them together gently.
  2. Add the Jello: Sprinkle in the 3-ounce box of strawberry jello mix and fold it in carefully until the mixture is an even pink hue.
  3. Incorporate the Fruits: Add the 2 cups of quartered strawberries and 2 cups of pineapple chunks. Gently fold them into the mixture.
  4. Mix in Mini Marshmallows: Toss in 2 cups of mini marshmallows and fold them into the mixture.
  5. Chill Out: Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 120 minutes.
  6. Serve & Enjoy: Give it a gentle stir, and transfer the fluff to a serving bowl or individual cups.

Notes

For extra flavor, consider adding a splash of vanilla extract or lemon juice.
