Banana Chamomile Tea Smoothie

A soothing and refreshing smoothie that combines the flavors of chamomile tea and ripe bananas, perfect for a morning boost or afternoon pick-me-up.

  • 1/2 cup brewed chamomile tea, cooled
  • 1 large ripe banana
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1/2 cup milk (or your preferred milk alternative)
  • Ice cubes (optional, for a colder smoothie)
  • Dried chamomile leaves (for garnish, optional)

Instructions

  1. Brew the chamomile tea by steeping tea bags or loose chamomile flowers in hot water for about 5 minutes. Let it cool completely.
  2. Gather and prep your ingredients: peel the banana and break it into chunks, measure out the milk and honey.
  3. Blend all the ingredients together: pour the cooled chamomile tea into the blender, add banana, honey, and milk. If desired, add ice cubes. Blend until smooth.
  4. Taste your smoothie and adjust sweetness with more honey or add more milk if too thick.
  5. Serve in your favorite glass and garnish with dried chamomile leaves if desired.

Notes

For variations, try using different fruits like mango or pineapple, or add nut butter for extra protein.
