Bold Flavor-Packed Coleslaw

A vibrant and crunchy coleslaw with a zesty dressing that elevates any meal.

  • 4 cups shredded green cabbage
  • 1 cup shredded red cabbage
  • 1 cup grated carrots
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon celery seeds
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Prep your veggies: Start by shredding the green and red cabbages and grating the carrots.
  2. Make the dressing: In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, Dijon mustard, sugar, celery seeds, salt, and pepper.
  3. Toss the veggies: Add the shredded cabbages and grated carrots to the bowl and toss everything together gently.
  4. Taste and adjust: Give your coleslaw a taste and see if it needs more seasoning.
  5. Let it chill: Cover the bowl and let it chill in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.
