The Ultimate Breakfast Fruit Salad

A vibrant and refreshing fruit salad perfect for breakfast or brunch, bringing joy and flavor to your morning routine.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Strawberries
  • 1 cup Green Grapes
  • 1 cup Red Grapes
  • 1 cup Blueberries
  • 1 Apple
  • 1 Banana
  • ¼ cup Pecans
  • 1 cup Plain Greek Yogurt
  • 12 tbsp Honey
  • ½ tsp Vanilla Extract
  • ½ tsp Almond Extract

Instructions

  1. Prep your ingredients: Wash all the fruits thoroughly.
  2. Chop the fruits: Slice strawberries, halve grapes, dice apple and slice banana.
  3. Mix everything together in a bowl gently.
  4. Whip up the yogurt dressing by combining Greek yogurt, honey, vanilla extract, and almond extract.
  5. Combine the dressing with the fruit, gently tossing to coat.
  6. Add the chopped pecans and give a final gentle toss.

Notes

You can prepare the fruit and yogurt dressing a day in advance, but mix them just before serving to keep it fresh.
