Easy Chicken Salad

A delightful twist on the classic chicken salad, perfect for light lunches, picnics, and quick dinners.

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Prepare your chicken: Boil or poach raw chicken until fully cooked (about 15-20 minutes). Allow it to cool before shredding.
  2. Chop the celery into bite-sized pieces.
  3. Mix the dressing: In a bowl, combine mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, and lemon juice, whisking until blended.
  4. Combine shredded chicken and chopped celery in a larger bowl. Pour dressing over the mix and fold gently.
  5. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
  6. Add optional ingredients like grapes or nuts if desired.
  7. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to meld flavors.
