Cinnamon Sugar Baked Peaches

A delicious summer treat featuring warm peaches baked with a buttery cinnamon-sugar mixture, served with vanilla ice cream.

  • 4 large ripe peaches
  • 3 tablespoons melted butter
  • 3 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • Pinch of nutmeg
  • Pinch of cloves
  • Pinch of salt
  • Vanilla ice cream (for serving)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Slice each peach in half and remove the pit.
  3. Combine the brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, and pinch of salt in a small bowl.
  4. Grease a baking dish with melted butter.
  5. Place the peach halves cut side up in the dish, drizzle with melted butter, and fill with cinnamon sugar mixture.
  6. Bake for about 25-30 minutes until tender.
  7. Serve warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream on top.

Notes

For added elegance, serve in ramekins topped with crushed nuts or a drizzle of honey. Leftover baked peaches are excellent on pancakes or waffles.
