Instructions

  1. Prep your ingredients by gathering everything on the countertop.
  2. Zest half of the lemon into a small bowl and juice the rest.
  3. Combine garlic, olive oil, and lemon zest in a skillet over low heat and cook until fragrant.
  4. Prepare the burrata on a serving platter.
  5. Drizzle the garlic-lemon mixture over the burrata and finish with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
