Halloween Spinach Dip

A rich, creamy spinach dip perfect for Halloween gatherings, served warm with bread, chips, or veggie sticks.

  • 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • Bread, chips, or veggie sticks for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix the softened cream cheese and sour cream until smooth.
  3. Add the chopped spinach, mozzarella, Parmesan, and minced garlic, stirring until well combined.
  4. Season with salt and black pepper, adjusting to taste.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a small baking dish and smooth the top.
  6. Bake for about 20-25 minutes until bubbly and golden.
  7. Serve warm with assorted bread, chips, and veggies.

Notes

For a lighter version, substitute cream cheese with Greek yogurt. Can be made ahead and baked just before serving.
