Easy Fruit Pizza

A delightful dessert featuring a buttery sugar cookie crust topped with cream cheese frosting and colorful fresh fruits.

Ingredients

  • 1 (16 oz) tube refrigerated sugar cookie dough
  • 1 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese, softened
  • 2 Tbs butter, softened
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp almond extract
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 11 1/2 cup sliced strawberries
  • 1 kiwi, skinned and sliced in halves
  • 1/2 cup blueberries
  • Any other fruit you enjoy

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Prepare the cookie dough by slicing it into rounds.
  3. Spread the dough in a pizza pan or large baking sheet to form a large circle.
  4. Bake for about 12-15 minutes until lightly golden, then cool on a wire rack.
  5. Make the frosting by beating together softened cream cheese and butter until fluffy.
  6. Add powdered sugar, vanilla, and almond extract and beat until fluffy.
  7. Spread the cream cheese frosting over the cooled cookie crust.
  8. Load up on sliced strawberries, kiwi halves, and blueberries creatively.
  9. Chill in the fridge for about 30 minutes before serving.
