Pepperoni Pizza Crescent Rolls

A fun and easy twist on pizza, these Pepperoni Pizza Crescent Rolls are perfect for movie nights or gatherings. Flaky crescent dough wraps gooey mozzarella and zesty pepperoni for a delicious snack.

  • 1 can (8 oz) refrigerated crescent roll dough
  • 24 slices of pepperoni
  • 4 mozzarella string cheese sticks (cut in half lengthwise)
  • 2 tablespoons pizza sauce (optional, for rolling)
  • 1 tablespoon butter (melted)
  • ½ teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
  • Grated Parmesan cheese (optional, for topping)
  • Extra pizza or marinara sauce (for dipping)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Unroll the crescent dough and lay it flat on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  3. Divide the dough into triangles.
  4. Add a thin layer of pizza sauce along the wide end of each triangle, then place half a mozzarella string cheese stick on top.
  5. Layer 3-4 slices of pepperoni on top of the cheese.
  6. Roll the dough from the wide end towards the tip, enclosing the filling.
  7. Prepare the rolls on the baking sheet, seam-side down, and brush with melted butter. Sprinkle with Italian seasoning and garlic powder.
  8. Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown and cheese is bubbly.
  9. Cool for a few minutes before serving with extra sauce for dipping.
