Blueberry Dessert Pizza

  • 2 Cups Blueberries
  • 1/2 Cup Sugar
  • 2 Tablespoons Cornstarch
  • 1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice
  • 1/4 Cup Butter
  • 1/2 Cup Flour
  • 1/4 Cup Oats
  • 1/4 Cup Brown Sugar
  • 1/2 Cup Powdered Sugar
  • 12 Tablespoons Milk

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Cactus Bread Crust: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and place the crust on a baking sheet.
  2. Cook the Blueberries: In a saucepan, combine the blueberries, sugar, cornstarch, and lemon juice over medium heat.
  3. Thicken it Up: Remove from heat once the mixture is bubbly and thick like jam.
  4. Make the Crumb Topping: Mix flour, oats, brown sugar, and butter until crumbly.
  5. Assemble the Dessert Pizza: Spread the blueberry filling over the cactus bread crust.
  6. Top it Off: Sprinkle crumb topping over the blueberry mixture and bake for 20-25 minutes.
  7. Cool Before Serving: Allow to cool for at least 10 minutes.
  8. Prepare the Drizzle: Whisk powdered sugar and milk until smooth.
